By placing an order for any adult or lingerie items, including but not limited to babydolls, chemises, teddies, bedroom bikinis, playtime costumes, and undies, the buyer hereby confirms that he/she is at least 18 years of age.
Should the buyer be below the legal age of 18, by agreeing to these terms and making a purchase, the buyer consents that PartyGal Lingerie will not be held liable for any damages that might arise from an ill-advised purchase of our items.
We accept payments only through the methods listed below. Payments by any other means will not be accepted.
Full payment is required 24 hrs after placing your order. Orders on Friday, weekends and holidays can send their payments the following business day. Otherwise, the shop deserves the right to cancel orders without notice. (If a client repeatedly fails to post payment after sending us several orders, we will refuse to process orders from these questionable individuals again.)
THE TOTAL AMOUNT INDICATED IN YOUR INVOICE is the amount that we should receive. Any service fees charged by LBC, Western Union, GCash or bank transfers will be shouldered by the client.
COD is available only through particular couriers, depending on your location. No other courier can provide COD other than the couriers we designate.
Cancelling a COD order after delivery has been scheduled, or refusing to provide payment once the item is delivered is strictly not allowed. Clients who fail to comply will no longer be welcome at PartyGal Lingerie.
Clients who pay via offline methods are required to send us confirmation of their payment before we ship your item. No confirmation, no shipment.
For offline methods other than COD, full payment is required 24 hrs after the Sales Invoice is received. If a client is unable to make payment, the client has to inform the shop as soon as possible, and an extended deadline can sometimes be arranged, at the shop's discretion. Otherwise, the shop deserves the right to cancel orders without notice. (If a client repeatedly fails to post payment after sending us several orders, the shop refuses the right to refuse future orders with said client.)
No fees are charged for these payment methods, but we require a minimum order of P500 to pay via PayPal or credit cards. Valid credit cards accepted are: VISA/MasterCard/AmEx/Discover cards. Clients who pay via PayPal or credit cards need only wait for their item to be shipped and the shipping notice be emailed to them. We highly recommend this method for faster transactions.

These requirements need only be submitted once and then never again. Unverified orders will result to a refund of the transaction and a non-shipment of the item. If this happens, the buyer may choose to order again using other payment methods.
All paid orders are considered final. Orders can no longer be modified. Clients can, however, still decide to add more items to his paid order. Doing so means we will hold shipment until those additional items are paid for.
We ship using only our partner couriers. We cannot accommodate requests to use other couriers other than the ones listed on our website.
Packages are sent out everyday from Mondays to Fridays (except holidays) and PartyGal Lingerie ships only orders that are paid within the respective courier's cutoff time. Cutoff times are indicated here. Orders sent and paid for during the weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day.
SHIPPING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.
PartyGal Lingerie will not be held liable for delays in shipment because of incomplete/incorrect addresses. Once our items are released to the couriers, tracking details are forwarded to the client so the client can liaise with the courier directly, even during the weekends when we are closed for business.
PartyGal Lingerie will not be held liable for any loss or destruction of packages due to force majeure or acts of nature, theft, or malicious intent. Insurance charges are not included in the quoted shipping costs; the client must contact PartyGal Lingerie if insurance is required.
PartyGal Lingerie limits its requests for information to what is required to ensure accurate service. Most of the information we collect is very basic and is needed to complete a purchase or provide a refund. Examples of user information that may be collected may include your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, a description of the item requested or purchased and the IP address of your computer.
Credit card or debit card numbers are never disclosed to us, since PayPal processes all our online payments.
PartyGal Lingerie is committed to ensuring that we have no personal information about customers that is not absolutely necessary in order to provide them with excellent service.
Clients are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be levied upon orders shipped outside the Philippines. PartyGal Lingerie cannot quote or specify if and how much your taxes would be as this varies per country.
All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Officer. Any returns that do not comply with our policy terms will be shipped back to the client.
