Terms and Conditions: 

  1. The return must include a filled out form. No forms or incomplete forms will not be processed. 
  2. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of Order Date, not counting holidays and days when our webstore is closed. 
  3. Returns can only result in repair or a refund via store credit. We cannot process exchanges as of the moment.
  4. Repaired items will be shipped back to the customer free of charge. If a repair is not possible, the company will default to refunding via store credit.
  5. Returns are valid only due to damage upon receipt, or ill-fitting items. To be fair to all customers, subsequent orders following a successful return can only be returned again due to a size complaint if those orders are of a different size.
  6. All tags and cords must be attached, uncut, with no signs of damage, or the return will be voided.
  7. The item must be returned complete with all accessories and props, must not have been used, washed, or altered, and is still in its original clean, dry, and odorless state, or the return will be voided.
  8. Voided returns will be shipped back to the client.
  9. Refunds are less shipping and gift wrap costs. Refunded store credits will be reflected in the original buyer’s account within 3 business days after the company receives the return.
  10. Refunds to other accounts other than the original purchaser is not allowed. 
  11. Items not eligible for returns due to hygienic standards: all underwear/undies, bikini and teddy lingerie and costumes, stockings, adhesives, fragrances, non-electrical items (no power switches) under Sex Toy Kingdom, promotional freebies, discounted and sale items
